Widiba Bank Joins forces with iGenius to develop AI-powered Generative Business Intelligence and Analytics
Milan, September 19th 2024 – Widiba Bank, the Montepaschi Group’s digital bank and finance consultancy service, has partnered with the avant-garde tech company iGenius for the implementation of generative AI in the bank’s BI solutions. This collaboration reaffirms Widiba Bank’s commitment to innovation in the field of financial services.
Through AI-powered tools, iGenius makes data accessible to all by delivering insights in natural language. With a personalized professional configuration and automated features, iGenius offers solutions created to meet the needs of end customers.
With iGenius, Widiba Bank offers a unique, simple, and fast analytics tool to more than 500 financial advisors in its network, aimed at making their work more efficient, and ultimately enhancing customer experience.
The financial advisors will have the opportunity to interact with a tool able to streamline activities, such as client management and profile assessment, with real-time graphics and personalized reports to highlight new trends and make data-based predictions.
iGenius’ business data solutions use small and wide language models trained in the Italian language, which allows for a full control and certification of integrated data, in accordance with privacy terms and the client’s expressed consent.
